Group Counseling Services
- Women's Therapy Groups - Ongoing, open-ended general issues group for adult women interested in addressing a variety of concerns with the support of other women. Common concerns among group members include relationships, managing feelings, self-concept, confidence, and self-expression.
- Parenting Support Groups and Workshops - Ongoing group for parents of youth (ages 12-18) and parents of children with developmental disabilities who would like a supportive, safe and comfortable place to talk with and learn from other parents. Sensitive and respectful facilitation is aimed at encouraging open discussion and connection among group members.
